With their growth and project pipeline, they are looking for a very talented Senior Project Manager to join their growing team! Job Description Manage project objectives by balancing contract requirements, financial constraints, schedule expectations, and overall cost considerations. Serve as the primary point of coordination among Owners, their representatives, Trade Partners, and the on‑site Superintendent. Provide guidance and direction to the Superintendent to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to organizational quality standards. Make informed decisions rooted in a thorough understanding of the project's progress, integrating multiple moving parts to achieve a successful outcome. Align project results with the expectations of the Owner and Architect while controlling schedule, budget, and cost factors. Take responsibility for decisions that influence overall project costs and determine the level of success achieved. Prioritize tasks, plan activities, and organize workflows to maintain project momentum and efficiency. Establish and refine processes or strategies that enhance productivity and translate client expectations into a clear vision of the finished product. Exercise independent judgment on significant issues, including when to adjust procedures, deviate from established standards, or make necessary adaptations to meet both client goals and company objectives. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Clients, Owner Representatives, Architects, and Trade Partners to support future business opportunities. Proactively seek and cultivate new business connections that can lead to future project engagements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in project management with experience working on commercial construction projects. Experience in leadership and/or management of a team Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades. Proficiency in software and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. What's on Offer Base salary up to $150k (dependent upon experience). Annual bonus potential. Profit sharing.
