Job Description
Job Summary The Project Coordinator will support project planning, coordination, communication, and documentation activities to help ensure projects are completed successfully. This role works closely with project managers, marketing teams, advisors, stakeholders, and project teams to track progress, manage requests, and maintain project-related information. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and help ensure projects progress on schedule. Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking meeting minutes and maintaining records. Create and maintain project schedules and responsibility lists. Receive, organize, file, and track project documents. Compile project summaries and reports. Track and maintain project-related documents such as purchase orders, budgets, payroll records, and contracts. Work closely with project managers to support project objectives. Support multiple projects by coordinating tasks and monitoring progress. Assist the marketing team with the intake process by gathering requirements and organizing requests. Help evaluate and prioritize incoming requests to support advisor decision-making. Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders and project teams. Create presentations and project-related documentation as needed. Required Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Good time management and collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Project. Salesforce experience is a plus. Success in This Role Effectively managing multiple priorities. Meeting key project deadlines. Maintaining a positive advisor experience. Ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and project teams.
