Job Description

Project Manager responsible for leading cross-functional pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, PMO initiatives, risk management, and regulatory-compliant project execution across North America. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience Experience leading cross-functional projects Knowledge of manufacturing and processing environments Experience with project planning, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation Experience with risk management and project governance Experience with PM tools, ERP systems, and PMO processes Knowledge of global regulatory standards, including FDA, cGMP, and ISO requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with required PPE and exposure control protocols Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical activity as required Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed Preferred Skills Experience with aseptic processing Experience with radiopharmaceutical manufacturing Experience managing NPD, MOB, or strategic business projects Experience supporting M&A integration Experience improving PMO systems and processes PMP certification Lean certification Six Sigma certification Job Responsibilities Manage NPD, MOB, and strategic business projects across North America Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Validation, and Operations Drive risk management activities and project governance processes Support PMO improvements, systems, and process enhancements Lead project planning for scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership Support M&A integration activities Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and other applicable global regulatory standards Support project execution within pharmaceutical manufacturing and processing environments
