Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing company. We are a commercial masonry contractor performing large scale projects nationwide. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project management, with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Also, given our growth, the ideal candidate will be interested in advancement opportunities. In addition to salary and benefits, attractive bonuses are also potentially available. Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines. Utilize project management software such as ProCore Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of work performed. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts while maintaining accurate records of expenditures. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for any challenges encountered during the project lifecycle. Skills Strong knowledge of construction site operations and best practices. Proficiency in project management software including ProCore, Quickbooks Enterprise. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Solid understanding of construction management principles and contract administration. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for problem-solving within complex projects. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
