1st Shift, minimum 45 hours per week About the Role Boehringer is seeking a Program Manager to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of a large?scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility. This role requires strong leadership, capital project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross?functional teams in a high?pressure, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end?to?end project delivery for a new vaccine manufacturing facility. Manage capital project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost?effective execution. Coordinate cross?functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs. Serve as the primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers. Establish project governance, reporting structures, and risk management frameworks. Ensure compliance with c
GMP, FEL
process, and regulatory requirements. Influence decision?making with executive stakeholders and maintain strong communication channels. Lead and motivate multi?departmental teams, including direct and indirect resources. Deliver results under tight timelines and high?pressure conditions. Demonstrate success in leading capital projects exceeding $100MM.
Qualifications & Skills Education :
Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Proven track record managing large capital projects, including new buildings or expansions. Preferably within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
Skills :
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, organization, and problem?solving skills. Ability to balance conflicting priorities and adapt to changing project needs. Exceptional diplomacy and stakeholder management skills.
