Project Manager - Demolition & Environmental Services About the Role A well-established national contractor specializing in demolition, environmental remediation, excavation, and site redevelopment services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee active field operations and project execution. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, managing daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and driving projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive field leader with strong communication skills, operational oversight experience, and the ability to manage fast-paced construction environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on demolition, remediation, and heavy civil construction project sites Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators Conduct site evaluations and identify potential project risks and safety hazards Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards Coordinate manpower, schedules, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation Manage labor tracking, employee timesheets, and project reporting Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal leadership teams Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and field problem resolution Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Travel to project sites as required Qualifications Experience in demolition, construction, environmental remediation, or heavy civil operations preferred Strong leadership and crew management experience Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and hazard identification Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced field environments Valid driver's license required OSHA certifications or related industry certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, where applicable #INDW3
