Industrial Location:

Louis, MO Position Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role is focused on delivering complex industrial projects, including manufacturing and food & beverage facilities, as well as mission-critical data centers from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution in terms of budget, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can guide cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and drive accountability across all phases of the project. Responsibilities Lead the direction, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projectsBuild and mentor strong, motivated project teams while coordinating with internal and external stakeholdersManage all project costs, forecasting, pay applications, and profitability strategiesDevelop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules; communicate milestones to all partnersLead change order processes, subcontractor buyouts, and contract execution according to established timelinesProactively identify project risks and provide creative, client-focused solutionsMaintain and update site logistics and build plans to meet constructability and performance goalsEnsure quality and safety standards are upheld in alignment with PARIC and OSHA guidelinesFoster strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners to ensure satisfaction and successMentor and support professional development of direct reportsOther duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field8+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of contract terms, cost management, scheduling, and construction processesProficiency with project management software and job cost forecasting toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Proven ability to resolve complex project challenges creativelyExperience with subcontractor negotiation and dispute resolutionFamiliarity with scheduling software and BIM tools Why Join Us?
