This company is offering highly competitive base salaries and the opportunity to grow. Job Description Oversee all aspects of construction project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Minimal travel (3-4 days a month) Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimate. Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration.
