They work across a wide range of commercial sectors. Right now they are rebooting their special projects division which handles their Tenant Improvement and Renovation projects across all sectors
- typically these projects are between $500k
- $7M in value.
The special projects team will be responsible for running faster-paced/smaller projects within the company, managing multiple clients at once.
