The Senior Director of Project Management will be responsible for leading the Project Management Team within EWS Operations. This leadership role includes managing a portfolio of organizational projects and overseeing a team of project and program professionals. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and translating strategic vision into actionable plans. What you'll do: Build and instill project / program rigor for the team including a standardized intake and prioritization model, presentation templates, reporting and PM tools. Provide guidance, coaching and development to the project management team. Plan and manage projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Distribute workload based on employee bandwidth, capability, and business prioritization Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create implementation plans to increase efficiency and guarantee quality delivery. Prepare detailed executive reports on project status, performance, and key metrics. Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. This role requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tues - Thurs. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including
F-1 STEM OPT
extension support.
What experience you need:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred. 7-10 years of project management experience, with several years in a leadership role (e.g., Director or Senior PMO role). Experience creating and managing detailed project plans. Experience in developing and presenting reports to executive leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) is strongly preferred; PgMP or PfMP is a plus. Proven experience leading Agile transformations
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, risk management, and communication skills.
Technology:
