Job Description Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Monitor project performance and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all project phases. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Supervise and mentor project team members to foster professional growth and ensure high performance. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus). 10+ years of experience with a general contractor. Prior experience working as a project manager. Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value. Client-facing experience is a must. Software proficient (ex: procore).
