The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Saint Louis, MO What's the Job? Support the delivery of innovation initiatives and maintain the accuracy of our innovation portfolio data. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Track progress, manage data across systems, and support reporting and governance activities. Assist in standardizing data formats, naming conventions, and templates to improve data consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and provide leadership visibility. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of experience in project or program management and/or product development within a consumer packaged goods environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar systems. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments. What's in it for me?
