About the Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing restoration company seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support active projects and contribute to successful project execution in the field. This role is ideal for someone with a background in restoration, construction, or a related industry who is looking to develop their skills and advance into a Project Manager position. You'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of restoration projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation and reporting Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams Help manage labor, materials, equipment, and project logistics Review timecards, invoices, and job cost reports Conduct quality control checks and assist with site inspections Identify and help resolve project challenges to keep work on schedule and within scope Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership position Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work Experience with project management, job costing, or PSA software is a plus Valid driver's license required Why Join This Team?
