Night Shift (5:00 PM - 3:30 AM)
Pay Rate:
$34.00 per hour About the Opportunity A leading company in the marine repair, shipbuilding, and industrial services industry is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support project execution and operational success. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in shipbuilding, marine construction, industrial manufacturing, maintenance, or project coordination environments. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project leadership, production teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Monitor project schedules and prioritize work activities to support project objectives. Coordinate manpower requirements with management, craft personnel, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Provide daily project updates and turnover reports. Support project execution in accordance with contractual requirements, schedules, and budgets. Ensure team members understand project scope, responsibilities, and expectations. Communicate project progress and resource needs to management. Coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure efficient project completion. Promote and maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work overtime as needed and maintain reliable attendance. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Preferred 2-5 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience. 2-3 years of project coordination, production, operations, shipbuilding, marine repair, construction, or industrial manufacturing experience. Knowledge of marine fabrication, ship repair, construction, or industrial production processes. Experience coordinating teams, subcontractors, and project schedules. Schedule & Compensation $34.00 per hour
Night Shift:
