Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Master's Degree preferred Architectural licensure preferred 5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice, with significant project management leadership Proven experience managing complex commercial, institutional, public, or mixed-use projects Demonstrated success leading projects from concept through construction administration Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and budget management skills Established ability to lead client relationships and contribute to business development efforts Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to mentor junior staff and lead multi-disciplinary design teams Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and most importantly time-management capabilities High level of professionalism, accountability, and design integrity Familiarity with PSMJ project management practices a plus Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a valid U.S. work visa Responsibilities. Provide leadership and accountability for multiple architectural projects simultaneously Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and clients across project phases Develop, manage, and monitor project work plans, schedules, and fees Produce presentation materials for client and agency meetings Document and distribute meeting minutes while tracking project budgets, schedules, and workflow.
