We build landmark office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, and retail centers, that shape our region — and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who doesn't just manage projects… you own them, lead teams, and actively bring in new clients while becoming a visible leader in the Billings community. This is more than a job — it's your chance to take ownership of high-impact $5M-$60M+ projects, mentor the next generation of project managers, and directly contribute to the growth of one of Montana's most respected construction firms. What You'll Do Lead exciting commercial construction projects from pre-construction through successful closeout — on time and on budget. Directly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, helping them grow while delivering outstanding results. Drive profitability through smart budget control, change-order management, and value engineering. Be the trusted face of Hardy Construction with clients, delivering an exceptional experience every time. Get out into the Billings community — attend chamber events, networking groups, and local organizations — to build relationships and bring in new clients and new work (target: 2-4 new clients and $15M-$25M in new projects annually). Champion innovation, sustainability, and the latest construction technology to keep us ahead of the competition. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years in commercial construction with at least 5 years in a senior role leading $10M+ projects. Proven experience directly supervising Project Managers. A track record of community involvement and success in developing new client relationships. Strong skills in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and contract negotiation.

PMP, CCM, LEED

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
