Description
Opportunity Bank of Montana is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of cross-departmental projects and enterprise initiatives, partner with business and technical teams, and help ensure projects are organized, tracked, and clearly communicated from initiation through closure.
What you'll do:
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans — tracking tasks, dependencies, and milestones, and communicating progress and impacts to stakeholders
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; recommend and implement solutions to support successful project delivery
Coordinate across cross-functional partners and management to drive alignment and resolve dependencies
Manage multiple project activities, matrixed teams, organizational communications, and competing priorities
Communicate clearly through project documentation, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and presentations
Establish and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
Assist with bank exams and audits
Perform other related duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
2 years of college coursework in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field
Project coordination, project management, or analyst experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong attention to detail, time management, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn a variety of bank systems and software
Preferred:
Banking operations, banking systems, or similar experience
Experience training others in the use of technology
Project Manager training or certification desirable but not required
