Job Description

Construction Project Manager A local general contracting company in the Flathead Valley, dedicated to building the Montana dream, is seeking a Project Manager. Combining old-fashioned, impeccable craftmanship and ethics with innovative design, they bring experience and integrity to every project - from conceptual planning and blueprint execution to reality. Essential Functions and Duties:
Visit and supervise multiple active job sites to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations Implement, monitor, and improve job site safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards Conduct regular safety audits, job hazard analyses, and site inspections Lead on-site safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel Collaborate with crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain productivity and high-quality work Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership and clients Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement efforts as needed Coach and mentor team members to promote a safety-first culture and support professional development
Qualifications:
