Job Description

Office Administrator / Project Manager Assistant Missoula, MT A respected Missoula-area construction company with a long-standing reputation for quality craftsmanship is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. Specializing in a variety of residential and commercial projects, the company is committed to delivering exceptional results through skilled workmanship, attention to detail, and strong client relationships. This position serves as the administrative hub of the office, supporting project managers and company leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

$19 to $23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and office inquiries while providing professional customer service Process and maintain construction project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits Support project managers by organizing project files, contracts, plans, and closeout documents Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Utilize construction management software and technology platforms to track and distribute project information Assist with office administration, scheduling, recordkeeping, supply management, and other operational support tasks
Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred Two or more years of administrative, office management, or related professional experience Proficient with computer software and able to quickly learn new programs and technology platforms Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping, data entry, problem-solving abilities, and the discretion to handle confidential information High school diploma or equivalent Get in touch!
