Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead Glo fenestration projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and/or project management with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects preferably in the luxury residential sector. As a key member of our team, the Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting partner expectations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

: Missoula MT or remote within driving distance of Missoula MT (200 mile radius)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design + Lead the design, estimating, and detailing process for fenestration projects, collaborating with the architect and/or builder to ensure architectural ambitions, aesthetics, feasibility, and performance goals are met. + Develop and present product options and design considerations for key project stakeholders to consider. + Collaborate with internal teams, including installation and fabrication, to ensure seamless integration of fenestration elements into projects + Develop and present pre-construction guidance and installation details to the project architect and Glo installation team members to ensure fenestration products are installed successfully. Project Management + Oversee all aspects of project management, including internal budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation + Coordinate with architect, builder, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time + Conduct site visits as required to address issues, assess project readiness, and manage quality control Team Leadership + Provide guidance and support to all key project stakeholders both externally and internally throughout the project lifecycle + Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Client Relations + Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction + Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, exemplary knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
QUALIFICATIONS
+ 10+ years of design, architectural, or project management experience, preferably in the luxury residential sector + Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards + Strong knowledge of fenestration water proofing and installation best practices. + Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills + Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD required, Revit a plus) + Exceptional project management and organizational abilities + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Working knowledge of European Fenestration Systems or Thermally Broken Aluminum Windows and Doors a plus. + Live within 200 miles of Missoula, MT
