PROJECT COORDINATOR
Our client, an award winning, luxury custom home builder located in Greenville, SC has an opening for a Project Coordinator. Recognized as one of the few luxury home builders who offer "all inclusive" pricing and a unique design process that reduces the stress and anxiety of designing a custom home. As a project coordinator, you'll play a meaningful role building luxury custom home. You'll spend time planning the project and managing the pre-start process, helping clients coordinate and document their selections, facilitating client change requests, and attending various meetings with the client throughout the project. You'll have a chance to work with the Sales staff, Finance & Accounting, Construction Managers and Purchasing managers. You'll enjoy a dynamic, challenging and rewarding experience delivering some of the most beautiful homes in the area.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated successive increases in responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute processes with collaboration and thorough communication.
  • A love for detail-the ability to manage large volumes of information ranging from selections, quotes, meetings and change orders
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent asks and ensure the information systems remain current
