This pivotal role involves overseeing all phases of project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards. As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and utilize advanced construction management software to drive project success. Your expertise will help shape innovative solutions and foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget objectives. Develop detailed project schedules using Buildertrend or similar project management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met consistently. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining comprehensive documentation for all project phases. Read blueprints, schematics, and house plans to interpret design intent and facilitate precise execution on-site. Monitor project performance through regular reporting on key metrics related to schedule, costs, safety, and quality. Implement construction management software solutions for project tracking, resource allocation, and communication efficiency. Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project management. Requirements Proven experience managing residential construction projects with a strong background in construction site operations. Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and cost control strategies. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance processes. Effective communication skills for coordinating diverse teams and engaging with clients at all levels of the organization.
