Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining comprehensive documentation for all project phases. Read blueprints, schematics, and house plans to interpret design intent and facilitate precise execution on-site. Monitor project performance through regular reporting on key metrics related to schedule, costs, safety, and quality. Implement construction management software solutions for project tracking, resource allocation, and communication efficiency. Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project management. Requirements Proven experience managing residential construction projects with a strong background in construction site operations. Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
