We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design Center Assistant to support our design team in bringing beautiful pool and spa visions to life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in design and project management while working in an outdoor and design environment. If you're passionate about outdoor living, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to creating exceptional outdoor spaces, this role is perfect for you! Assist with above ground sales and inground pool permitting Support the team with inspection scheduling and coordination. Prepare presentation materials and visualizations for client proposals Collaborate with sales staff on remodeling projects, and renovation specifications. Manage project documentation including contracts, budgets, and construction timelines, inspections, and pool schools. Maintain organized records of files, project updates, and client communications. Proficiency in Word and Excel Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience or interest in design, remodeling, renovation, construction processes, or sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
