PM Everforth CyberCoders - 3.9 Cary, NC Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Managing projects Cross-functional communication Full Job Description PM We are seeking a Project Manager to support development and construction projects from early feasibility through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full project life cycle, can coordinate multiple stakeholders, and can help clients make smarter, more strategic decisions. The work spans commercial, office, industrial, healthcare, higher-ed, life science, and nonprofit markets, with millions of square feet developed across these sectors.
Responsibilities:
Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination Support due diligence, site planning, design review, and preconstruction activities Oversee stakeholder communication among developers, designers, builders, and tenants Track project documentation, permitting steps, and construction progress Identify risks early and provide solutions that save time and cost
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience in development, construction management, or project consulting Strong understanding of engineering, construction, or land development concepts Ability to manage projects from inception to occupancy, including office and warehouse environments (over 5 million square feet developed by similar teams) Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills Experience coordinating diverse parties with different project needs
