In this role, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction initiatives and deliver exceptional results. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met on time. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking tools. Lead project meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, risks, and deliverables; foster collaboration among all parties involved. Requirements and Skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience managing A/E projects from conception through completion. Proven ability in project coordination within complex construction environments; excellent organizational skills. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and utilization tracking. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
