Job Description

Join Our Team & Make an Impact We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results. In this role, you won't just manage tasks—you'll be a key player in driving project success, supporting sales initiatives, and strengthening customer relationships. What You'll Do As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a central role in keeping projects organized, teams connected, and customer expectations aligned.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, customers, and vendors Coordinate project timelines and proactively manage deadlines to keep initiatives on track Prepare quotes and manage critical product and project documentation Analyze job and project costs, comparing budgets to actuals during production Develop and execute short- and long-term project plans with clear milestones Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are anticipated and met Provide updates and insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals Maintain quality control standards throughout all project phases Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations Support a positive, collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships What You Bring We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and a proactive mindset: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Sage, Nulogy, or Trello is a plus Why You'll Love This Role Be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team Play a key role in driving sales and operational success Opportunities to improve processes and make a real impact Supportive leadership and a culture that values initiative and innovation We are proud to offer:
