Job Title:
Architectural Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with strong Revit expertise and a passion for delivering high‑quality design solutions across diverse market sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to a broad range of projects primarily located throughout the Southeast and Mid‑Atlantic regions. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—comfortable producing design and documentation while also managing project teams, consultants, schedules, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept development through project completion. Actively contribute to design and production while overseeing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams. Integrate prototypical design elements and ensure compliance with current building codes and regulatory requirements. Coordinate effectively across disciplines to support seamless project execution. Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality, efficiency, and schedule adherence. Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design tools. Strong architectural design, technical documentation, and construction administration experience. Licensed Registered Architect or actively pursuing licensure. 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural practice. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Preferred Experience Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and/or K-12 project types. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consulting partners. Strong communication skills, including active listening, collaboration, and professionalism. Work Environment This position is based in a modern, fully equipped office in the Charlotte area. The role emphasizes close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants, fostering a dynamic, professional, and engaging workplace culture. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
