Assistant Project Manager Charlotte, NC Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications Meeting minutes Cash flow management Construction project management Mid-level Schedule management Mentoring Contracts Business planning Technical skills instruction Training & development Construction project closeout Construction change order management Full Job Description Reports to the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager, if assigned. The Assistant Project Manager Position is intended to be a learning, support, light management, and mentoring position in the Company. Train Project Engineers and other Assistant Project Managers in learning the basics of construction and Myers & Chapman Playbook. Can be stationed on a project site or at the home office. Can be assigned multiple projects at one time. Successfully establish and complete a yearly Growth Plan. If a Project Engineer has not been assigned to a project, then the Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for the tasks of the Project Engineer and assist the Project Manager with the following: Change Order Assimilation Generating Meeting Agenda's and Meeting Minutes Project billings PFSR Management Cash flow projections Project buyout and contract/PO writing Schedule management Leading portions of OAC meetings Leading various other project meetings Manage the following processes: Submittals Shop Drawings RFI's Plan Changes Specification Changes Completion Lists Procurement Log Occupancy Matrix Punch Lists Close Out Documents Meeting Agenda's Meeting Minutes Assist the Project Team with any daily activities as requested.
