Position Overview Gohiya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing projects in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting project operations in a fast-paced business environment.

Salary Range:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with coordinating day-to-day project activities, schedules, and timelines. Support project managers with planning, documentation, and task tracking. Communicate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project records and reports. Monitor project progress and report updates to supervisors as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
