We're hiring a Project Coordinator to keep our projects running flawlessly - from pre-construction through closeout. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing order to complex builds, this role is for you. Why This Role Matters You'll be the operational backbone of each project—owning documentation, communication, scheduling, and financial tracking so our Project Managers can focus on delivering exceptional homes. What You'll Do
  • Maintain contracts, drawings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, inspections, and design selections
  • Track schedules in Buildertrend and flag delays early
  • Input project data into Buildertrend + QuickBooks; support CPA with bookkeeping questions
  • Draft subcontract agreements and ensure all insurance/tax docs are current
  • Support billing, payables, receivables, and job-cost analysis
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members What You Bring
  • 3-5 years in residential construction, remodeling, or custom homebuilding
  • Ability to read plans + interpret project documentation
  • Experience with Buildertrend, QuickBooks, Excel, Google Suite, Asana, Outlook
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects with shifting priorities
  • High-touch customer service mindset What Success Looks Like

  • Buildertrend + QuickBooks data is clean and reliable
  • Clients and subcontractors receive timely, professional communication
