Job Description

Job Summary We're seeking a Project Manager to own the customer experience from post-sale through system activation. This role focuses on the pre-installation phase of the solar journey — keeping projects on track, documentation complete, and homeowners informed and confident from the moment they sign through the day their installation is scheduled. You'll guide customers through every phase of the solar installation process, align cross-functional teams, and drive each project to a successful, on-time completion. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for customers from onboarding through activation. Manage a pipeline of accounts and ensure timely completion of key milestones. Audit accounts for necessary documents (power bills, site photos, HOI, etc.). Identify and resolve lender stipulations and homeowner responsibilities. Submit HOA and utility interconnection applications when applicable. Coordinate with design, utility, and permitting teams to ensure smooth project execution. Schedule inspections and solar installations across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain accurate and detailed project notes in Salesforce CRM. Proactively communicate updates and next steps to homeowners. Generate positive customer reviews and identify referral opportunities. Maintain CRM data integrity and support infrastructure development for a growing team. Assist with backlogged or delayed accounts as needed. Experience 1-3 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or account management. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Technologically proficient with tools like Google Suite and CRMs (Salesforce preferred). Motivated, coachable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proven track record of client satisfaction and pipeline ownership. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
