We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of Capital Markets to lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with front-office teams and line-of-business stakeholders, along with the ability to manage full project lifecycles from planning through execution and close.

Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure. Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets front-office teams, line-of-business partners, and technology groups. Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting. Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards. Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations. Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive-ready materials.

Qualifications:

6 years of project management experience, ideally within financial services. Solid understanding of Capital Markets products; not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge. Proven ability to work with front-office teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations. Experience delivering projects within banking environments with awareness of operational dynamics. Regulatory project experience is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting.

Pay Range:
