In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.
Required Qualifications:
Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Execution Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale re‑engineering and migration initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are consistently met. Build and maintain centralized reporting, execution, and governance layers that support program transparency and decision‑making. Own milestone, risk, and dependency management, driving early escalation and proactive resolution across workstreams. Coordinate delivery efforts across technology, operations, business teams, SMEs, and senior leadership to maintain alignment and unblock progress. Oversee readiness activities, ensuring teams, tools, and processes are prepared ahead of each migration or launch event. Stakeholder Management & Communications Serve as the communications anchor for the program, translating complex technical and operational discussions into clear, actionable plans and stakeholder‑ready materials. Develop and deliver concise executive updates, dashboards, presentations, and leadership briefings. Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, working groups, and decision forums to ensure clarity, accountability, and forward movement. Maintain a consistent communication strategy across all streams, ensuring messaging is aligned, accurate, and timely. Documentation, Training & Change Adoption Create and manage comprehensive documentation, including process flows, migration playbooks, runbooks, FAQs, and readiness checklists. Lead development of training materials for impacted teams, ensuring users adopt new processes, tools, and operating models. Drive business‑as‑usual embedding by partnering with owners to ensure new capabilities are sustained post‑migration. Support change‑management activities by identifying impacts, preparing stakeholders, and enabling smooth transitions. Risk Management & Quality Assurance Continuously assess and surface risks, blockers, and gaps across workstreams with clear mitigation plans. Monitor execution quality, ensuring deliverables meet standards and are aligned to program objectives. Validate testing outcomes, migration readiness, cutover planning, and post‑implementation success metrics. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Collaboration Act as a central coordination point across diverse teams, ensuring unified direction and cohesive delivery. Foster strong working relationships with technical leaders, business owners, SMEs, product teams, and PMO partners. Enable data‑driven decision‑making by consolidating inputs from multiple sources into accurate reporting frameworks.
