Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Goodwin Recruiting is partnering with a growing fire protection contractor in the Charlotte market seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee commercial fire sprinkler projects from award through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a PM who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and working with a company that has a strong backlog of work and a reputation for quality execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial fire sprinkler projects from kickoff through completion
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials
  • Coordinate with field teams, designers, GCs, owners, and AHJs
  • Review drawings, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Track project costs, profitability, and progress against milestones
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional work
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Project Management experience
  • Strong understanding of NFPA codes and fire protection systems
  • Experience managing commercial sprinkler installations and retrofit projects
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • NICET certification is a plus
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software
Compensation & Benefits:
    Base Salary:
    $85,000 - $115,000
