Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join their team. As a Sr Project Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Banking department supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • + Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and scoping through execution, risk mitigation, and successful delivery.
+ Partner across lines of business, technology, risk, and operations to align on requirements, timelines, deliverables, and integrated work plans. + Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on project needs; ensure appropriate governance, artifacts, and controls are followed. + Drive risk management, including identifying project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place, and escalating when necessary. + Manage change management activities, including stakeholder readiness, communications, adoption planning, and impact assessment.
  • What's Needed?
  • + 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager within financial services, banking, or a similar regulated industry.
+ Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. + Hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. + Strong grounding in risk management, regulatory expectations, and governance processes. + Solid background in change management, including communication, readiness, and adoption planning.
