THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
•We are seeking experienced Program/Project Management Analysts to support a major Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Activity (PMA). Successful candidates will become part of a high-performing team responsible for supporting acquisition, sustainment, logistics, financial management, and program execution activities for critical naval aviation programs. This position requires professionals who can work effectively with Government leadership, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), fleet stakeholders, and industry partners while supporting multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic acquisition environment. Key Responsibilities Provide program management support across the acquisition lifecycle. Develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, correspondence, and decision support materials. Coordinate meetings, program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and stakeholder engagements. Track program risks, issues, action items, and decisions. Support budget planning, execution tracking, financial reporting, and spend plan development. Analyze program data and prepare recommendations for Government leadership. Support acquisition documentation development and staffing. Maintain program records, databases, SharePoint sites, and reporting tools. Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of major program events and reviews. Support responses to leadership taskers, data calls, and information requests. Coordinate activities across Government, military, and contractor organizations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Public Administration, or related discipline. 5-10 years of professional experience supporting Department of Defense, Federal Government, aerospace, aviation, or defense acquisition programs. Experience supporting program management, project management, acquisition, logistics, financial management, or business operations functions. Experience developing executive briefings, reports, and decision-support products. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting NAVAIR, NAVSEA, PEO, SYSCOM, or other DoD acquisition organizations. Familiarity with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), DoD acquisition processes, and program lifecycle management. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Project, or similar collaboration and reporting tools. Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. Prior military service or experience supporting military aviation programs. DAWIA certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
