Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION A
client of Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
  • Monitor quality control processes and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
      Experience:
      3-5 years project management experience, with 2-3 years in manufacturing environments
        Skills:
        Knowledge of manufacturing processes, project management software (MS Project, Primavera), and quality control systems
          Certifications:
          PMP certification preferred; Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma helpful
          Key Competencies:
          Cross-functional team leadership, budget/timeline management, vendor relations, and problem-solving
