  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic custom drapery/window treatment team.
In this role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution across various projects. Your proactive approach will help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in project management while working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Assist Project Manager and Interior Designer with Estimating Projects Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules Support project teams with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to track project progress and resolve issues promptly. Use tools like Adobe Acrobat/PDF's, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction estimating software. Assist in contract management processes by reviewing scopes of work and assisting with procurement activities. Assist interior designer with design projects
  • selecting fabrics, colors, window treatment styles.
Window Treatment/Drapery Consultations with Interior Designer Work with Interior Design/Architectural Firms/Construction Companies on potential drapery projects Requirements Prior experience or internship in construction management or related field is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating, project scheduling, and construction site operations. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of contracts, construction safety standards, and site coordination procedures.
