Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing external engineering resources, overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk management. Strong knowledge of project cost control, quality assurance, HSE standards, GxP/QA compliance, and regulatory requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience. Experience leading facility improvement, energy optimization, and compliance initiatives across manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and drive continuous improvement across project management functions.
