The Opportunity:
The Project Operations Coordinator provides advisory assistance to the Director, 1st SFC(A) LREC managing and synchronizing the day-to-day LREC operations; forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating language training events supporting the sustainment of foreign language capabilities of 1st SFC(A), Command Subordinate Units (CSU), and supporting Intelligence Linguists. The Project Operations Coordinator provides review and feedback of LREC requirements, outcomes, and goals; provides analysis of required resources, proficiency requirements, cost, regulation and policy, and 1st SFC(A) language training guidance. The Project Operations Coordinator communicates directly with Performance Monitor (PfM) synchronizing project performance with the TDD Functional group Lead. The Project Operations Coordinator works with the Performance Monitor (PfM) to develop strategies and objectives that maximize outcomes and fiscal responsibilities in the execution of program objectives. Coordinates with staff personnel, manages schedule, meetings, requirements, and resources.
Responsibilities:
Compile Command Subordinate Unit (CSU) Language Resource Center (LRC) requirements, review all advanced Language Regional and Culture (LREC) training requirements, and submit annual requirements for staffing action to LREC Director. Conduct monthly updates to LREC Director regarding all

future and ongoing events. Provide quarterly cost estimate to LREC Director for Advanced LREC program, to include DTS travel cost for events. Collaborate with Command Subordinate Unit's (CSU) S3 and senior staff members from DoD, USSOCOM and USASOC, as well as industry and government communities, on functional and technical teams to promote understanding of 1SFC(A) LREC data, potential quality issues, and required measurements regarding LREC programs. Provide management, synchronization, and coordination of LREC activities to ensure maximum participation of each training activity. Evaluate progress toward meeting the organization's goals and provide recommendations as required for adjustments in objectives, work plans, schedules, and commitment of resources Draft and review documentation, provide corrections to documentation, and review corrected draft in final format for signature. Provide input to the production of reports and/or briefings that inform leadership of program efficiencies and performance. Proficient with data entry and database maintenance, MS Office applications, and local area networks Identify potential problems and friction points, finding solutions to maximize outcomes. Required:
Active Secret Level Security clearance Minimum of 10 years of experience in Special Operations. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) training. 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
