Project Manager

WATCO Corporation, a thriving family-owned Mechanical Contractor, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. This full-time position will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial HVAC installation projects, from bid acceptance through project close-out. A minimum of 5+years direct Commercial HVAC Construction experience is preferred. Applicants must possess skills in Microsoft products (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook). Knowledge and/or experience in Job Cost, Scheduling, BIM Coordination, Estimating, Field Supervision is desired.
