Our Cornerstone Exterior Remodeling division focuses on high-quality residential remodeling projects. The Role This is a dual-role position responsible for both driving revenue and delivering projects successfully. You will manage the full lifecycle—from lead generation and closing deals to executing projects on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality. This role is ideal for someone who is: Strong in sales and relationship-building Confident managing multiple construction projects at once Comfortable being both client-facing and field-focused
What You'll Do:
Sales Responsibilities Generate and manage a pipeline of residential remodeling opportunities Conduct on-site consultations, take measurements, and build accurate estimates Present proposals and clearly communicate value to homeowners Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets Build strong client relationships and drive repeat/referral business Project Management Responsibilities Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Coordinate daily with homeowners, crews, and vendors Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Proactively resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals Projects completed on time, on budget, and with high quality Strong communication with clients and internal teams Minimal rework, high customer satisfaction, and repeat business Required Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience in residential exterior remodeling, including:
Siding:
Fiber cement (e.g., Hardie) and vinyl siding installation/repair
Roofing:
Asphalt shingle systems and basic repairs
Gutters:
Seamless gutter systems
Decks & Porches:
Wood and composite construction/repairs
Windows & Doors:
Residential installation and replacement (You don't need to install—but you need to understand it well enough to sell and manage it.) Qualifications Proven success in sales, preferably in construction or home improvement Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple jobs at once without losing control of details Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience with estimating tools/software Valid driver's license Why Join CHE?
