Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Commercial Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with clients and subcontractors, and can successfully manage project schedules, budgets, and field coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction project management, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience using project management software such as Procore. Responsibilities
- Manage 3-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor job costs, project progress, and quality standards
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct regular job site visits and project meetings
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist with cost estimating and budgeting when needed Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and scheduling
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Cost estimating experience is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license required Benefits
