Perm Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing and supporting engineering capital projects (CAPEX) across manufacturing facilities within the region. The position focuses on project planning, execution, budgeting, supplier coordination, engineering solutions, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support CAPEX projects from planning through execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with factory teams, engineering, procurement, and suppliers
  • Develop and review engineering designs, project documentation, and technical solutions
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and project execution activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company engineering standards
  • Monitor project risks, costs, schedules, and progress updates
  • Participate in project reviews and provide engineering recommendations
  • Support process improvements and implementation of standard engineering practices
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, or CAPEX project management
  • Experience managing multiple capital or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of engineering processes, project execution, and supplier management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing, plant, chemical, industrial, or process environments preferred
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed Compunnel Inc.
