Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong manufacturing engineering knowledge to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer delivery-without requiring a formal engineering degree.

You'll play a critical role in driving projects from concept through completion, supporting a high-performing commercial team, and ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from initiation through execution to final delivery, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are metBuild and maintain essential system structures, including:

Bills of Materials (BOMs)Routing and process flowsERP/MRP system setup and optimizationAct as a vital link between engineering, manufacturing, and sales teamsSupport the commercial team by providing technical and operational project insightsTrack and communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to middle management stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in project execution and manufacturing efficiencyEnsure all deliverables meet customer specifications and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering environmentPractical, hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and systemsProven experience with BOM creation, routing, and ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills-comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and managementHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
