Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Global Planning Transformation Project Manager in support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions customer based in Raleigh, NC.
Summary:
As a Project Manager for Global Planning Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's supply chain planning capabilities. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of key projects, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance our planning processes, improve decision-making, and deliver greater business value. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the cutting-edge application of AI in a complex global supply chain.
Role Overview:
  • Responsible for executing projects across multiple teams to deliver approved project outcomes
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor accountability
  • Coordinate global planning operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance with organizational policies
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through delivery
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations globally
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for global initiatives
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with global partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Utilize project management tools and platforms to track and report project status
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-region projects
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project Online, Asana, Miro, etc)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Proven experience in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including understanding of AI concepts, methodologies, and common applications in business contexts
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and their potential applications in supply chain planning
  • Demonstrated experience in leading transformation initiatives within a global supply chain or planning organization
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Miro)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
