This is a direct hire opportunity for a candidate with a strong technical background and proven experience managing projects involving refrigeration, HVAC, and water pumping systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable working independently across multiple active projects. Job Responsibilities - Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation through completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout each project. Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project deliverables align with client requirements. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, including handling phone-based communications. Travel domestically on a project basis to support client meetings and on-site project oversight. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines independently. Job Requirements - 3+ years of experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment. Background in refrigeration, HVAC, and/or water pumping systems strongly preferred for technical fluency. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills across concurrent projects. Strong communication skills, including comfort managing client-facing phone interactions. Ability to travel domestically as needed; valid U.S. passport required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight. Familiarity with CAD documentation for project coordination purposes preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
