Job Description

Arrowood Designs, Inc. is a growing commercial cabinet and architectural millwork company located in Norwood, NC. We are seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team as a Project & Operations Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, planning, organizing, communicating with people, and keeping multiple projects moving forward. Construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is not a traditional office position. The role combines project coordination, business operations, customer communication, field support, and occasional travel to project sites. Most travel is day travel, and you will typically be home each evening. All travel expenses are paid by the company. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate commercial construction projects from handoff through completion
  • Communicate with customers, contractors, vendors, and installation crews
  • Assist with project scheduling and logistics
  • Monitor deadlines and help keep projects on track
  • Review project contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate deliveries, materials, and procurement
  • Track project costs and progress
  • Support daily business operations and process improvements
  • Maintain project documentation and company records
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedules or customers
  • Assist with hiring remote installers & maintaining the installer database What We're Looking For
