Installation Project Planning Manager

OVERVIEW

Plan, prepare and oversee installation jobs and projects.

SPECIFICS

• Utilize and Manipulate Wrightsoft for new design and renovation/RNC projects.
• Map, calculate and plan Gas, Dryer venting, Range venting, Bath venting and Furnace venting.
• Review existing equipment changeouts and plan accordingly with included duct design to retrofit new equipment from a-b on existing duct system.
• Review jobs and do site visits with builders and homeowners as needed.
• Coordinate with duct shop, warehouse and installation coordinator for all install job preparation and execution.
• Verify that all jobs are done according to code.
• Ensure that all work is done with adequate workmanship, either meeting or exceeding the quality and expectations of the senior officer of the company.

NOTE:

It is a must to have adequate and up to date knowledge of NC State Mechanical Code. Any and all applicants MUST have past experience in HVAC Installation and Leadership.

Full-time Pay:

$45,000.00
