JOB SUMMARY
This position is a full-time non-exempt position. The Contents Restoration Project Manager is primarily responsible for preparing estimates/scopes/work plans and reviewing contents project protocols. This position is also in charge of production schedules and coordination of subcontractor base following the direction of the scope and estimate to completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Must be familiar with various insurance company program guidelines. Writes estimates and completes control points pursuant to the insurance company guidelines. Schedules and coordinates subcontractors and contents technicians in a productive manner so as to complete contents projects timely and in a profitable fashion. Provides random site inspections of projects, verifies documentation including sketches and provides smooth customer hand-off. Verifies all documentation is complete on a per loss basis and invoices projects. Proficient in Xactimate. Follow up on payment of all invoices. Assist in training and implementation of new procedures or programs. Assist in organizing and securing warehouse equipment and supplies. Assist with after-hours on-call phone contents assignments as needed. All other tasks as assigned by the District Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Contents Restoration Project Manager Supervises subcontractors and contents technicians to ensure: Compliance with program guidelines and company standards. Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Proper equipment handling and cleanliness. Profit margins maintained at acceptable levels. Industry and program standards for are kept. POM scores are maintained at acceptable levels. High level customer service and communication is achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
: Successfully completed the IICRC WRT, FRT and OCT courses. Successfully completed the Xactimate estimating course or another industry recognized/approved class; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
COMPUTER SKILLS
: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be familiar with software like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
REASONING ABILITY
Possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to visit project sites that have incurred catastrophic events from fire, water, and storm damage and could require accessing roofs, which they need to be able to carry a 40 ladder from their truck and setting it up at the roof line of the associated property. The employee must be able to carry a minimum of 50 pounds in weight for the purpose of getting material to a specific place on the project site. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Appropriate safety equipment is furnished.
